No. That's now how any of this works. If the owners of the patent you mention thought google was infringing, they would first ask for a license fee, then maybe ask a court to enforce it. And it would be up to a judge and jury to hear the case and decide, not a popular vote on the internet.

It's always wrong to say something was "taken" from something else without any evidence, or esp. when there was a trial and it said "no."
